Meanwhile, stocks are trading at record highs, which could provide a boost to Morgan Stanley&#8217;s massive wealth management business.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan Stanley shares have gained 38% over the past 12 months, but have fallen nearly 3% so far this week as other big banks reported their results. <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-2\">JPMorgan Chase<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"\/><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0topped expectations for fourth-quarter results on strong equities and fixed income trading revenue.\u00a0Wells Fargo\u00a0posted weaker-than-expected revenue, while\u00a0Bank of America<br \/>\u00a0and\u00a0Citigroup\u00a0beat consensus estimates.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is breaking news.
