Goal
The Louisiana Rural Loan Fund provides technical assistance, direct loans, and indirect loans to health care providers and agencies in rural areas of the state.
Loans can be used for start-up costs, equipment, renovations, new construction and working capital.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are nonprofit and for-profit health care providers and agencies in rural communities in Louisiana.
In the past, loans have been made to hospitals, FQHCs, rural health centers, and primary care providers.
